Michelle Eddy has been on the Board of Partners in Performance Excellence (PiPEx) since 1998 with roles including Treasurer, Vice Chair, Chair, and Secretary and has served as a Senior Lead Examiner and Mentor for the Award program.

Michelle is a lifetime resident of Eastern Massachusetts and holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

She is a Baldrige-based Quality Consultant for Systems Performance Excellence with over 25 years’ experience in the quality and engineering fields. She has held leadership positions at Action Ambulance Service, National Quality Review, DentaQuest/Delta Dental of MA, Digital Equipment Corp., and General Electric managing corporate quality functions, leading strategic planning, customer satisfaction survey execution, and business improvement initiatives including the Baldrige application processes, and implementing and maintaining registration to ISO 9001.

Michelle has had a number of articles published relating to integrating quality techniques, understanding customer needs, and customer site teams. Michelle has achieved certifications in a number of areas including ASQ Quality Auditor, ASQ Quality Engineer, and Six Sigma.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys travelling and playing with her little Shiranian, Puff.
