Loretta London

Loretta London lives in Westchester New York and retired 6 years ago as the National Director of Quality for the American Heart Association.  Loretta has extensive clinical and business operations leadership experience in Clinical Quality throughout the United States and abroad. Loretta has experience in Managed Care and worked for Oxford Health Plans for 10 years as the Sr. Clinical Director for the tri-state area and was the Senior Vice President for the NY Community Presbyterian Hospital in Brooklyn. 

Loretta is an RN with Business and Healthcare Master’s degrees and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality.  She is a Malcolm Baldrige State Examiner and is a recent member of the Board of Directors or Partners in Performance Excellence-the regional Baldrige non-profit that serves CT, MA, NY and RI.   Loretta also serves on the Boards of Directors for Phelps Hospital, Northwell Health System Quality, Northwell Health System Community and Temple Beth Abraham. 

Loretta lives in Tarrytown with her husband, enjoys her volunteer work in third world countries delivering surgical and medical care, and enjoys photography, traveling and spending time with her family.
