Laura Libby

Laura lives in Bristol, Connecticut and has worked for Bristol Health for over 3 years as a Strategic Planning Specialist. The organization started their Baldrige Journey in 2019 and has since won two Silver Achievement awards and is where Laura was first introduced to the framework, ultimately writing two of the organization’s regional applications. As an innately goal-oriented individual, she quickly identified Baldrige Excellence Framework as an invaluable tool for not only her organization, but her professional performance as well. In 2022 Laura attended her first Examiner Training through Performance Excellence North West and went on to serve as an examiner in 2023. Laura currently serves as a board member for Partners in Performance Excellence– the regional Baldrige non-profit that serves CT, MA, NY and RI.
