Jacqueline Sharp

Jackie resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. She is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience in various roles, including critical and perioperative direct patient care, peer review, safety/quality, and process improvement. Currently, Jackie is the Director of Quality at Bryn Mawr Hospital, Main Line Health. She has a master’s degree in nursing leadership from Drexel University and holds CPHQ and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certifications. Using the Baldrige Framework and Joint Commission/CMS Standards, Jackie facilitates organizational healthcare performance excellence, continuous improvement, and survey readiness. Her contributions include four applications at both the local MAAPE and National Baldrige levels on behalf of Main Line Health. Jackie has also served as a Baldrige Examiner in 2022 and 2024 and participated in virtual site visits.
